风井外部漏风封堵技术研究及应用

摘  要:张双楼煤矿风井受地表沉陷变形影响,引起风井与风硐相连处、安全出口与地基相连处出现漏风裂隙,导致风井外部漏风约900 m3/min。在对风井漏风原因进行分析和总结的基础上,利用变形王1、变形王2以及界面王等新型材料对风井漏风点进行有效封堵,降低了矿井的外部漏风,提高了矿井有效风量和主要通风机运行效率,保障了矿井安全生产。Air shaft of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine is influenced by surface subsidence and deformation,air leakage cracks occur at the joints of air shaft and air tunnel,safety outlet and foundation,and the external air leakage of air shaft is about 900 m^3/min.Based on analysis and summary of reason for air leakage,the new type materials,including king deformation 1,king deformation 2 and king interface,etc,were used to seal the points of air leakage.the external air leakage of the mine was reduced,the effective air and the operation efficiency of the main ventilator was also improved,which has provide d safeguard for coal mine safety production.
