摘  要:针对传统机床加工箱体零件时由于多次定位导致精度低、效率低的问题,提出了采用复合式镗铣加工中心一次装卡完成五面体加工,并针对其结构及加工特点,介绍了双主轴及双轴组的控制方式,通过对PLC程序、机床外部E参数和零件加工程序等的综合运用,完成了模拟量对高速铣削主轴的控制。应用系统提供的电子滤波器抑制伺服轴的高频振荡点,实现伺服系统参数优化,获得极限响应曲线。In order to solve the problem of low accuracy and low efficiency caused by multiple positioning when the traditional machine machining the box parts,the structural advantages of composite boring and milling machining center that complete the five-face processing at one time was proposed,and focused on its structure and machining characteristics,the control mode of the dual-spindle and the dual-axis group was introduced,through the application of PLC program,external E parameters of machine tool and parts machining program,the control of analog quantity on high-speed milling spindle was completed.The electronic filter provided by the application system suppressing the high-frequency oscillation point of the servo axis,optimized the parameters of the servo system,and obtained the limit response curve.
