摘  要:以改善金刚石钻头的使用性能为目的,向钻头胎体中添加不同量的碳化硅颗粒,并采用室内钻进试验的方法,研究碳化硅及其添加量对钻头性能的影响机制。结果表明:与常规钻头相比,添加质量分数为5.5%的碳化硅颗粒,其钻进效率提高了55.14%;胎体中的碳化硅颗粒有利于改善钻头胎体的微观磨损形貌;残留于孔底的碳化硅颗粒有利于改善冲洗液对胎体的冲蚀效果,以及提高对胎体中单颗粒金刚石的修锐效果。In order to improve the performance of diamond bit,impregnated diamond bit was prepared by adding different mass of hard brittle abrasive into matrix and drilling performance was tested by drilling experiments.The effect of hard brittle abrasive on drilling performance was studied.The results show that adding 5.5%SiC particle had better effect and the drilling efficiency increased by 55.14%compare with common bit.The hard brittle abrasive in the matrix can improving the microstructure of bit.The hard brittle abrasive left in the down hole can improve the erosion performance of washing fluid to matrix and increase the truing and sharpening effect on the single diamond.
