摘　　要：液压泥炮是炼铁高炉炉前主要设备之一。通过对液压泥炮使用和修复过程中发现的问题进行分析,提出了泥炮的修复改进方法,重新制作打泥机构压盖,并增加过盈配合的铜套,改进了打泥油缸缸体与活塞、后端盖处与活塞杆的连接形式;通过增加固定螺柱和锁紧螺母加固上盖与鞍座的连接,修复连接端面,使鞍座和轴承盖可重复利用;改进了回转机构缸体与缸盖的装配连接方式,实践应用结果表明该修复改进方案可以提高液压泥炮设备使用的可靠性和寿命,降低维护成本。Hydraulic mud gun is one of key equipments of blast furnace stokehold.This paper analyzes the hydraulic clay gun problems existing in working and repairing condition,the repairing and improving method of hydraulic clay gun is put forward as follows,it remakes the capping of plugging cylinder,and increases the copper sleeve of interference fit,the fixed form of end cover and piston rod is improved.Strengthen the connection between the upper cover and the saddle by adding the fixed stud and the locknut.Repair the connection end so that saddle and bearing cover can be reused.The structure of Swiveling Cylinder block and cylinder cover has been improved.The practical application results show that the repairing and improving method of hydraulic clay gun can improve the reliability and life of the hydraulic clay gun equipment and reduce the maintenance cost.
