摘  要:华能汕头海门发电有限责任公司3号和4号机组国内首次采用引风机小汽轮机驱动技术,取得良好的节能效果和经济效益。本文介绍了该汽动引风机全过程自动控制技术方案和实施成果,通过优化求解导叶开度预置值及特殊工况下导叶预置超驰值试验,实现引风机自动安全启停以及在各负荷工况安全经济运行的目的,为火电机组在引风机小汽轮机驱动全程自动控制技术研发提供借鉴。The No.3 and No.4 unit in Huaneng Shantou Haimen Power Production Co., Ltd. adopts the small turbine driving technology for induced draft fan, which is the first time in domestic and has gained good energy saving effect and economic benefits. This article introduces the technical scheme of whole process automatic control for steam driven induced draft fan and the implementation results. By optimizing the preset value of guide vane opening and the test of guide vane preset excess value under special working condition, the automatic safe start and stop of the induced fan and safe and economical operation under various load conditions are realized.The study can provide references for research and development of the whole process automatic control technology for induced draft fan driven by small turbine.
