基于大连海滨综合疗养因子开展糖尿病专病疗养效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基于大连海滨综合疗养因子开展糖尿病专病疗养的血糖控制效果。方法 75例糖尿病前期及临床2型糖尿病患者,接受15 d基于大连海滨综合疗养因子的糖尿病专病疗养,检测疗养前后血糖、体质量、腹围的变化,并在1年后进行随访,了解糖尿病发展情况。结果 75例参加糖尿病专病疗养员在疗养结束后在血糖方面均有明显改善,疗养前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1年后随访显示,所有回访的已确诊为2型糖尿病疗养员均没有发生糖尿病并发症,所有糖尿病前期疗养员均没有发展为临床2型糖尿病。结论基于大连海滨综合疗养因子开展的糖尿病专病疗养有效地控制了血糖,延缓了糖尿病及其并发症发生、发展进程。Objective To observe the treatment effect of special disease convalescence of diabetes based on coastal comprehensive convalescent factors in Dalian on blood sugar of diabetic patients.Methods 75 cases of patients with type-2 diabetes and prediabetes were given 15 days of special disease convalescence of diabetes based on coastal comprehensive convalescence in Dalian.Their changes of blood glucose,abdominal perimeter and body weight index before and after the treatment were measured and one year later,a follow-up research was carried out to know the development of diabetes.Results At the end of convalescence,the 75 patients given special disease convalescence of diabetes had made remarkable improvement on blood glucose and there were significant differences between before and after convalescence(P<0.05).After one year,the follow-up research showed all of the diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients did not have diabetes complications and none of the pre-diabetes patients had developed types 2 diabetes mellitus.Conclusion Coastal comprehensive convalescent factors in Dalian are effective in the treatment of diabetes mellitus,controlling blood sugar,delaying the occurrence and development of diabetes and its complications.
