摘  要:以年产80万吨硫酸装置为背景,对过热蒸汽准确测量和由前馈(蒸汽流量)-串级(汽包水位-给水流量)组成的锅炉汽包液位三冲量控制系统设计进行了详细阐述。该系统有效克服了蒸汽流量和给水流量波动对液位的干扰,克服了"虚假液位"的影响。Taking a 800kt/a sulphuric acid plant as the background, the three-element control system deigned for the boiler drum liquid level and composed of accurate measurement of superheated steam and feedforward (steam flow)-cascade (drum water level-feed water flow) control was elaborated. It effectively overcomes the interference of both fluctuated steam flow and feed water flow to the liquid level, including that from the false liquid level.
