摘　　要：设计了一款工厂USB参数测试仪系统。介绍了系统总体方案,给出了系统模块设计方法,并对各模块进行了整合。调试结果表明,工厂USB参数测试仪系统能够完成USB2. 0和USB3. 0信号的测试,提高工厂USB3. 0接口的涵盖率。A factory USB parameter testing system was designed, and the system’s overall scheme and module design method were presented and all modules were integrated. Debugging results show that, this USB testing system can achieve the signal testing of USB2.0 and USB3.0 and improve the coverage of factory USB3.0 interface.
