摘 要:目的:建立比色法测定荚果蕨贯众总黄酮的含量方法,薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用比色法测定荚果蕨贯众总黄酮的含量,薄层色谱鉴别法。结果:回归方程为y=0.4703x-0.0204,r=0.9998,样品浓度在0.2~1.2 mg/25mL范围内,与其吸光度呈良好线性关系;平均回收率为98.05%(RSD=0.66%)。薄层色谱的斑点Rf值适宜,显色清晰,色谱分离好。结论:该方法简便、快捷、准确、重复性好。Objective To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids in Matteuccia struthiopteris Todaro by colorimetric method.Methods The content of total flavonoids in Matteuccia struthiopteris Todaro were determined by colorimetric method,and the method was identified by thin layer chromatography.Results The regression equation was y=0.4703 x-0.0204,r=0.9998,The sample concentration was in the range of 0.2 mg/25 mL^1.2 mg/25 mL,with a good linear relationship with the absorbance.The average recovery was 98.05%(RSD=0.66%).Thin layer chromatography spots Rf value is appropriate,clear color,good chromatographic separation.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible.
