山姜属药用植物黄酮及其衍生物化学成分和抗肿瘤研究现状

摘　　要：文章综述了23种山姜属植物中的黄酮类化学成分、抗肿瘤药理作用和作用机制,以期能为山姜属药用植物抗肿瘤研究提供一定的理论依据。The study showed that Alpinia belongs to a plant whose primary antitumor compositions include flavonoids,diaryl heptane and volatile oil.Its medicinal part in pharmacopoeia mainly contains root and fruit at present.After researching 23 plants we found there are 83 flavonoids,including seven dihydroflavonoids,seven dihydroflavonols,eleven flavonoids,nineteen flavonols,four catechins,thirteen chalcones,two dihydrochalcones,eighteen flavonosides,and two other flavonoids.Seventeen synthetic derivatives.Indicates antitumor activity selectivity of the Galangin is low.Suggestions for cancer patients,the clinical medicine is the whole grass.Choose relatively strong antitumor activity,further deepen the research,in order to find high selective compounds.and enhance the antitumor activity of other components.
