摘　　要：苗药热熨法是一种对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症有明显疗效的苗医特色外治法。本文通过查阅文献、民间调研、课题研究、临床论证等研究方法,对苗药热熨法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症技术操作规范进行研究,内容包括诊断标准、操作步骤、不良反应、注意事项等,旨在为临床提供参考,进一步促进该疗法的临床推广。Miao medicine hot ironing method is a kind of special treatment for the pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.Through literature review,folk research,subject research,clinical demonstration and other research methods,the technical operation of the hot ironing of miao medicine in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease was standardized.Contents include diagnostic criteria,operating procedures,adverse reactions,matters needing attention,etc.This paper introduces the operational specification of the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae by the thermal-ironing method of miao medicine in detail.
