摘  要:针对实时在线检测砂轮磨损量的问题,提出一种基于差压技术的在线检测砂轮磨损量的方法,并建立了在线检测系统。现场实验结果表明:使用该方法能够对磨床砂轮磨损量进行在线非接触检测,测量范围可达到120μm,线性度达到1. 8%,测量系统的可重复性小于1%,具有简单与适合现场应用等特点。An online detection method based on differential pressure technology was proposed to test the grinding wheel wear,aiming at the question how to real time on-line detect the grinding wheel wear.An online non-contact detection system was established.The experimental results show that:the method can be used to realize on-line non-contact detection of grinding wheel wear,measuring range can be up to 120μm,and linearity is 1.8%,repeatability of the measurement system is less than 1%.The characteristics of the measuring system are simple and locale application.
