摘 要:介绍一种行程倍增推进机构的组成和结构,对其在使用中出现的故障进行简要描述。通过分析得出故障原因是两根链条受力不均。针对受力不均的原因,设计一种弹簧式均载机构以确保两根链条承受基本相同的载荷。详细阐述了弹簧式均载机构的具体结构及弹簧刚度确定方法。试验结果表明:改进后的结构使用效果良好,没再出现故障。The composition and structure of a stroke doubling device were introduced,and the fault types of the device in actual use were also described briefly.It was discovered that two chains’uneven stress was the cause of all faults according to force analysis.Based on the analysis result,a load balancing mechanism using springs was designed to make sure that two chains supplied equivalent force.The particular structure of the load balancing mechanism and determination method of the sprin g’s rigidity were expounded in detail.There is no fault anymore in actual use after the improved design is employed,and the improvement behaved well.
