摘  要:针对刚性与柔性吊装夹具夹持重型圆盘形零件、毛坯等存在的吊装问题,设计了一种适用于长径比较小的较重工件的新型吊装夹具。根据现有吊装问题,结合质量功能展开QFD、发明问题求解理论TRIZ、模糊层次分析法FAHP相关方法,提出基于TRIZ及FAHP的设计问题解决模式;应用QFD质量屋分析夹具存在工程特性问题,采用TRIZ解决问题获得了两种夹具方案,并通过FAHP优选设计方案。最后,夹具设计方案进行了详细设计,验证了该问题解决模式的可行性及解决方案的可靠性。For the hoisting problems of holding the Heavy disc-shaped parts rough material in the rigid and flexible hoisting fixture,a new type of hoisting fixture for larger and heavier workpieces with smaller length to diameter ratio is designed.Based on the existing hoisting problems and combined with the knowledge of QFD,TRIZ and FAHP,a design problem solving mode based on TRIZ and FAHP is put forward.There are some engineering characteristics problems by application of quality house analysis of QFD,and then the use of TRIZ to solve the problems and through the FAHP preferred solutions.Finally,the fixture design was designed in detail,verified the feasibility of the problem solving mode and the reliability of the solution.
