摘  要:为实现企业生产中制造任务与制造资源的有效利用和合理分配,分析了制造任务间的依赖关系,建立了制造任务分解模型,提出一种考虑制造资源使用阈值的资源分配方法,解决制造任务与制造资源分配不均衡问题;结合Petri网,建立了基于时间有色Petri网的协同制造任务与资源分配模型,对各制造任务的完成时间进行了限定,确保各制造任务都能分配到适量的制造资源,避免制造资源被制造任务长期占用的现象,提高了制造资源的使用效率和分配能力。最后,通过一个实例验证所提方法的适用性和正确性。In order to realize the effective utilization and rational allocation of manufacturing tasks and manufacturing resources in enterprise production,this paper analyses the dependence relationship between manufacturing tasks and manufacturing resources,establishes the decomposition model of manufacturing tasks and proposes a resource allocation method which takes the threshold value of manufacturing resources usage into consideration,solving the imbalance between manufacturing tasks and manufacturing resources distribution.Combined with Petri net,a collaborative manufacturing tasks and resources allocation model based on time-colored Petri net is established,which limits the completion time of each manufacturing tasks to ensure thatall manufacturing tasks can be allocated to the right amount of manufacturing resources,to avoid the phenomenon that manufacturing resources are occupied by manufacturing tasks for a long time,and ultimately to improve the efficiency and distribution ability of manufacturing resources.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the applicability and correctness of the proposed method.
