摘 要:为解决水稻秧盘育秧流水线工作时底土和表土的提升与输送问题,针对带式输送装置的工作原理和关键部件,通过结构与工作参数优化,设计了一种具有检测和控制功能的带式供土装置。采用全因子试验研究了床土种类和提升高度对供土装置供土性能的影响,得出供土装置输送不同种类床土的能力由大到小依次为育秧土与基质的混合物、育秧基质、育秧土,供土装置的输送能力随提升高度的增大而降低。试验表明:具有检测与控制功能的带式供土装置满足现有水稻秧盘育秧流水线的供土要求,节省了劳动力。此研究为水稻秧盘育秧流水线供土装置的研制提供了参考。In order to solve the problem of elevating and conveying the subsoil and topsoil in the tray nursing seedling production lines of rice work, a belt soil conveyor with automatic detection and control functions was designed by exploring the working principle and the structure of key components, as well as optimizing working parameters. The full factorial experiments were conducted to further investigate the effects of these parameters on the ability to transport soil: soil types and elevated height. The results showed that the capacity of belt soil conveyor for transporting different types of bed soil in descending order of is: the mixture of soil and matrix, matrix, and soil. Transporting capacity of belt soil conveyor decreases with increasing height. The experiment shows the belt soil conveyor with automatic detection and control functions can meet the soil supply requirements of the existing tray nursing seedling production lines of rice. It can save labor and provide a reference for the soil supply device for tray nursing seedling production lines of rice.
