摘 要:随着农业结构和市场的调节作用的日益明显,我国的花生种植面积一直呈现出上升的趋势,尤其是麦收后直播夏花生成为越来越多农民的选择,但夏花生在机械化播种环节存在着秸秆难以处理导致播种的均匀性难以控制等问题,严重制约着夏花生产业的发展。为解决夏花生播种环节存在的问题,设计了秸秆覆盖型花生播种机,并进行了样机田间试验。结果表明:该机具秸秆抛净率在90%以上,花生播种的双粒率为95.30%,空穴率为1.45%,平均穴距为150.3mm,垄距变异系数为3.4%,达到了国家相关标准。The increasing adjustment of the agricultural structure and the market,the peanut planting area in China has been showing a rising trend,especially after the wheat harvest has become a choice for more and more farmers.However,there are problems in the mechanized sowing of the summer peanut in the mechanized sowing link,which is difficult to control the uniformity of the sowing,which seriously restricts the development of the summer flower industry.In order to solve the problems of the summer peanut sowing link,the paper focuses on the design of the straw mulching peanut seeder.Through the field test of the prototype,the result of the field test shows that the rate of straw polishing is above 90%,the rate of the double grain of the peanut is 95.30%,the hole rate is 1.45%,the average distance is 150.3mm,the coefficient of ridge distance variation is 3.4%,which has reached the relevant national standards.
