摘  要:设计了一种新型玉米去雄装置,安装在高地隙喷药机上,可在不改变原有高地隙喷药机功能的前提下,增加去雄的新功能,并可以有效解决人工去雄劳动强度大、作业效率低的问题,能够提高去雄作业的机械化和作业效率。设计的新型玉米去雄装置主要由切顶器和四杆仿形机构组成。为此,对四杆仿形机构、旋转轴及分禾器进行设计,对液压马达、联轴器进行选择,并对旋转轴进行有限元分析。试验结果表明:新型玉米去雄装置去雄率为91.0%,满足农艺对机械化玉米去雄的要求,能有效减少人工的劳动强度,提高工作效率。In this paper,a new maize detasseling device is designed,the new function of castration can be added without changing the function of the original highland clearance spraying machine.It can effectively solve the problem of high labor intensity and low work efficiency of manual labor removal,and can improve the mechanization and work efficiency of manual labor removal.The design of a new corn husking device mainly consists of a top cutter and a four-bar copying mechanism.In this paper,the four-bar copying mechanism,rotating shaft and distributor are designed,as well as the selection of hydraulic motor and coupling,and the finite element analysis of rotating shaft is carried out.The test results show that the new maize detasseling device has an 91.0%rate of detasseling,which can meet the requirement of agronomy for mechanized maize detasseling,and can effectively reduce the labor intensity and improve the working efficiency.
