摘　　要：新疆作为"丝绸之路经济带"核心区,评估征信活动,对于促进新形势下新疆经济发展具有十分重要的现实意义。通过选取信用环境水平、中介发展水平、金融资源水平3个方面的11项指标,采用"灰色关联"方法分析各项征信活动指标与经济发展(GDP)的关联度,得出农户和中小企业信用建档数与经济发展水平关联度最大。通过分析其原因和新疆征信市场发展的薄弱环节,建议加快推进农村和中小企业信用体系建设,推动征信机构发展与合作、评级机构转型与壮大,更好地发挥征信活动服务实体经济发展的重要作用。It is of great practical significance for Xinjiang which is the core area of the "Silk Road Economic Belt", to evaluate the impact of credit reporting activities on regional economic development to promote theeconomic development of Xinjiang under the new situation. By selecting eleven indicators from three aspects regarding credit environment level, intermediary development level and financial resources level, and by adopting "gray correlation" method, the paper analyzes the correlation degree between various credit reporting activity indicators and economic development(GDP), and a conclusion was made that the built-up credit file number of farmers and small and medium-sized enterprises have the largest correlation with economic development level.Based on an analysis of the reasons and the weak links of credit reporting market development in Xinjiang, we suggest to accelerate the construction of credit system in rural areas and small and medium-sized enterprises,promote the development and cooperation of credit reporting agencies and the transformation and growth of rating agencies, so as to better exert the important role of credit reporting activities in serving the development of real economy.
