摘 要:以超细氧化铝粉体为原料,加入粘结剂等分散在溶剂中形成浆料,并对它们的流变性能和分散稳定性做了测试和比较。利用RS600型转矩流变仪测试不同条件下超细氧化铝浆料的流变性能;利用Turbiscan Lab浓缩体系分散稳定性分析仪测试超细氧化铝浆料的动态稳定性。结果表明,随着超细氧化铝浆料浓度的不断增加,浆料由不稳定到稳定,最终可达到无任何流动性的膏状。随着黏结剂含量的提高,浆料的黏度变大,在低剪切下表现出较高的黏度,有利于防止沉降,提高浆料的稳定性。触变性测试结果还表明,只有当加入适量的添加剂,才能够使得浆料中的颗粒形成均匀稳定的分散结构。对超细氧化铝浆料流变性能和分散性能的研究,综合考虑浆料的黏度、流动性和分散稳定性,为超细氧化铝浆料的配料、输送设备的设计及其下游产品涂覆等应用提供重要参考。Ultrafine alumina powders were used as raw materials,and binders were added in solvents to form slurries.Their rheological properties and dispersion stability were tested and compared.The rheological properties of ultrafine alumina slurry under different conditions were tested by RS600 torque rheometer.The dynamic stability of the slurry was tested by Turbiscan Lab Expert stability analyzer.The results show that as the concentration of the slurry increases,the slurry becomes stable from the unstable,and finally it becomes a kind of cream without any fluidity.With the dosage of the binder,the viscosity of the slurry increases.The higher viscosity and low shear are advantageous for preventing sedimentation and improving the slurry stability.The thixotropy test results also show that the solid particles can be distributed evenly and stably in the slurry only when the dosage of the agent is appropriate.Study on the rheological properties and dispersion properties of ultrafine alumina slurries,considering the viscosity,fluidity and dispersion stability of the slurry,gives important references for designing the slurry ingredients and conveying equipment and applications of the downstream coating products.
