摘 要:焙烧炉是铝用阳极生产过程中能耗较大的设备,应用热力学第一定律和第二定律,对焙烧炉热平衡和火用平衡进行计算与分析。通过对比其热效率和火用效率的差异,对焙烧炉过程用能合理性进行评价,并分别从量和质的角度找到其节能潜力所在,同时指出焙烧炉的节能措施。The anode baking furnce is identified as highly energy-intensive equipment during the anode production process.Based on the first and second law of thermodynamics,both the heat balance and exergy balance of the baking furnace are calculated and analyzed.By comparing differences between the thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency,the rational utilization of energy during the baking process is evaluated,then the energy-saving potential is found from perspectives of quantity and quality,meanwhile,the energy-saving measures for the baking furnace are proposed.
