摘 要:详细介绍了无动力自离散加料反应器的研究过程,通过对干粉吸附剂与烟气混合模型分析、干粉吸附剂悬浮受力分析、干粉吸附剂与烟气混合运动分析及铝电解烟气干法净化吸附剂氧化铝粒度分析,建立计算机模型并以氧化铝与烟气混合模型为试验模型进行仿真试验,以计算机仿真试验为依据,进行氧化铝加料试验并进行试验结果测试分析。试验结果证明,自旋转加料的方法及设备在不需要任何外部能耗的前提下实现瞬时均匀混合的目标,为提高净化系统的净化效率奠定了基础,更好的实现节能减排的目标。The study process of self-discrete feeding reactor without power is introduced in detail.By means of the mixing model analysis of dry powder adsorbent and flue gas,the suspension force analysis of dry powder adsorbent,the mixed motion analysis of dry powder adsorbent and flue gas,as well as the alumina grain size analysis of GTC(gas treatment center),the computer model was established.The simulation experiment was carried out by using the mixed model of alumina and flue gas as the experimental model.Based on the computer simulation experiment,the alumina feeding experiment was carried out and the experimental results were tested and analyzed.The experimental results show that the self-rotating feeding method and equipment can achieve the goal of instantaneous uniform mixing without any external energy consumption,which lays a foundation for improving the scrubbing efficiency of GTC system and better achieves the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
