摘　　要：按照"征信+"工作模式,以征信和"两个体系建设"工作为抓手,积极组织银行业金融机构开展信用镇、信用村、信用农户示范创建活动,加快推进农村信用体系建设。以安徽省濉溪县为研究对象,介绍农村信用体系建设的主要做法和取得的成效,具体分析农村信用体系建设过程中存在的问题,建议建立统一的农村信用信息平台,创新适合"三农"的金融产品,完善信贷和财税支持政策,以改善县域农村金融生态环境,引导农民致富。In accordance with the work model“credit reporting plus”,taking credit reporting and Social Security System and Service System constructions as the starting point,we actively organized various banking and financial institutions to conduct demonstration creation activities to establish credit towns,credit villages and credit farmers so as to accelerate the rural credit system construction.This paper takes Suixi County of Anhui Province as the research object,briefly introduces the primary practices and achievements of rural credit system construction,and specifically analyzes the current problems in the construction process.It suggests that we should establish a unified rural credit information platform,innovate financial products suitable for agriculture,rural areas and farmers,improve credit and fiscal and tax supporting policies,so as to improve the rural financial ecological environment in counties and guide farmers to get rich.
