集束化护理干预对住院短期胰岛素泵强化治疗患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化护理干预措施对短期胰岛素泵强化治疗患者的影响。方法:将80例接受短期胰岛素泵强化治疗的患者随机分成两组,对照组39例采用常规护理,干预组41例采用集束化护理干预。观察并比较两组患者停用胰岛素泵治疗后首次测得的餐后2 h血糖、转日空腹血糖、带泵治疗过程中不良事件发生例数、平均住院时间及患者自我管理能力评分的情况。结果:干预组带泵期间不良事件发生率,餐后2 h血糖与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预组平均住院时间低于对照组,干预后自我管理能力评分高于对照组,空腹血糖优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理干预可帮助患者更好的控制空腹血糖,减少带泵期间不良事件的发生,提高患者自我管理能力。Objective: To discuss the effect of cluster bundled nursing intervention on patients with short-term insulin pump. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group(n=39) adopted the routine nursing measures, and the intervention group(n=41) adopted the cluster nursing intervention measures. Observation was made to compare 2h blood glucose after meal after insulin pump was stopped, the next day fasting blood glucose, the incidence of adverse events in the treatment with pump, the average hospital stay day, the score of self-management ability. Results: The incidence of adverse events and the average hospital stay days in the intervention group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), but the score of self-management ability were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: The cluster bundled nursing intervention can help patients to control the fasting blood glucose, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the patient' self-management ability.
