苦碟子联合奥扎格雷钠治疗对冠心病心绞痛患者血脂及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察苦碟子、奥扎格雷钠联合应用对冠心病心绞痛患者血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法将2016年1月～2017年12月收治的108例冠心病心绞痛患者,按随机数字表分为两组。对照组54例采取常规药物治疗,观察组54例在对照组基础上加用苦碟子、奥扎格雷钠治疗。观察两组治疗前后血脂、血液流变学变化情况。结果治疗前两组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度均显著降低(P<0.05或0.01),观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前两组TG、TC水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组TG、TC水平均显著降低(P<0.05或0.01),观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论苦碟子联合奥扎格雷钠治疗冠心病心绞痛,利于调节血脂,改善血液流变学,促进患者病情转归。Objective To observe the effect of sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling combined with sodium zagrel on blood lipids and hemorheology in coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris. Methods 108 coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris admitted to hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 54 cases in each group.The control group were given routine medication,and based on which the observation group were treated with sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling combined with sodium zagrel.And then,the changes of blood lipids and hemorheology before and after treatment were observed between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity between the two groups before treatment( P >0.05).After treatment,however,the plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity significantly decreased in both groups( P <0.05 or 0.01),and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,difference was statistically significant( P <0.01).Before treatment,difference of TG and TC levels between the two groups was not statistically significant( P >0.05).The TG and TC levels of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment( P <0.05 or 0.01),and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,difference was statistically significant( P <0.01). Conclusion Sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling combined with sodium zagrel for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is beneficial to regulate blood lipid,improve hemorheology,and promote the prognosis of patients.
