白茅根水提物联合热敏灸法治疗灌注化疗所致化学性膀胱炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究白茅根水提物联合热敏灸法对膀胱灌注化疗所致化学性膀胱炎的治疗效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年6月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院收治的灌注化疗引起化学性膀胱炎患者60例,随机分为白茅根水提物组、白茅根水提物联合热敏灸组和索利那新组,分别给予对应药物及方法治疗,比较各组治疗前后及组间的IC症状指数、急迫性尿失禁次数、每次平均尿量、膀胱容量。结果:白茅根水提物联合热敏灸组治疗后IC症状指数显著下降,优于白茅根水提物组和索利那新组(P <0. 05);每次平均尿量、膀胱容量显著提高,优于白茅根水提物组和索利那新组(P <0. 05)。结论:白茅根水提物联合热敏灸法能明显减轻化学性膀胱炎的刺激症状,缓解膀胱痉挛,增加储尿期膀胱容量。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of water extract of Baimaogen combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on chemical cystitis induced by bladder perfusion chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty patients with chemical cystitis caused by perfusion chemotherapy,who were admitted to the fisrt affiliated hospital from January 2017 to June 2018,were randomly divided into three groups:Baimaogen water extract group(Group 1),Baimaogen water extract combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion group(Group 2)and Solinaxin group(Group 3).The corresponding drugs and methods were given respectively.IC symptom index,times of urgent urinary incontinence,average urine volume per time and bladder capacity before and after treatment and between groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the IC symptoms index in Group 2 decreased significantly,which was better than that in Group 1 and 3(P<0.05),and the average urine volume and bladder capacity increased significantly,better than that in Group 1 and 3(P<0.05).Conclusion:The water extract of Baimaogen combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can significantly alleviate the irritation of chemical cystitis,alleviate bladder spasm and increase the bladder capacity during urinary storage.
