摘  要:花生是我国四大油料作物之一,常年种植面积466.7万hm^2左右,总产量1 700万t,约占全球40%,居全球首位。然而,我国花生生产机械化发展却相较滞后,目前花生收获作业仍主要靠人工完成。据农业部农机化司统计,目前我国花生收获机械化率约为33%,花生收获机械化水平仍有较大提升空间。为此,依据前期研究成果并参照国内外相关机型,优化设计了4HBL-2C型半喂入花生联合收获机,并对花生收获机主要部件进行了设计参数分析,最后对样机进行了田间试验,结果表明:2HBL-2C型半喂入花生联合收获机收获损失率与果荚含杂率均符合国家标准技术要求,可为花生联合收获提供可供选择的机型。Peanut is one of the most important oil crops and protein resources in China. Over the past years, peanut production and planting area have been respectively ranked first and second in the world. However, compared with other country, the mechanization of peanut production in China has lagged behind. At present, the harvesting is still mainly done by manpower, which has become the main bottleneck of industrial development. On the basis of the previous research results and referring to the related models at home and abroad, the author designed of 2HBL-2C type half-feed peanut combine harvester and the peanut harvester cleaning device was optimized. We used the cleaning wheel and the cleaning tube to clear the soil and other major parts of the design parameter were also analysised. Finally, we carried on the field experiments, the test results show that the soil loss rate and pod rate of the 2HBL-2C type half-feed peanut combine harvester are satisfied with the requirements of the national standard technology, the harvester provides an alternative model for peanut harvesting.
