草帘自动布草机的研制与试验

摘　　要：针对草帘编织行业人工铺草用工量大、工作环境恶劣、生产的草帘一致性差等问题,研制了一种草帘自动布草机。该机采用电动机和气动驱动,主要由小车总成、分草机构、压草机构和6个喂料斗组成,可以完成自动布草作业。现场生产试验表明:生产幅宽1 600mm的草帘,其厚度的均匀性≤18.87%,一致性好,表面平整,优于人工布草;生产速度达到了180m/h,减少用工4~6人,改善了工作环境,降低了劳动强度,对植物秸秆的再利用有积极的推动作用。Straw Auto-place Machine consists of transport machine system, straw-separate component, straw-handle component and six feeding hoppers. This machine can achieve auto-placing straw, so it provides an efficient opportunity to solve the problem of shortage in manpower, high cost and product quality. It’s powered by motor and pneumatic component drive. The width of straw curtain will be 1600mm. The production capacity can reach 180m/h and the quality will be much better than man-made. The application of the Straw Curtain Auto-place Machine will surely improve the environment and reduce the strength of working and play a positive role in recycling of straws.
