摘  要:为了提高联合收割机零部件设计的可视化和交互性,将虚拟现实语言VRML、X3D及Java程序设计语言引入到了零部件设计虚拟展示系统中,创建了基于互联网的零部件展示平台。虚拟展示平台采用SolidWorks等主流的建模软件创建联合收割机的三维模型,然后将模型文件转换为VRML可以编辑的wrl或者vrml格式文件,采用X3d-Edit进行动画编辑和仿真,最后利用外部编程接口和脚本编程接口实现Java和VRML的通信,从而使Java可以访问VRML场景,并实现对场景的控制。对平台的功能进行了测试,结果表明:采用Web3D技术可以实现联合收割机缸体的拆解可视化展示,方便了设计人员之间及客户与设计人员之间的交流交互,大大提高了农机的设计效率。In order to improve the visualization and interaction of parts design of combine harvesters, the virtual reality language VRML, X3D and Java programming language were introduced into the virtual exhibition system of parts design, thus creating an Internet based parts exhibition platform. The 3D model of virtual exhibition platform using modeling software Solidworks to create the mainstream of combine harvester, then the model file is converted to VRML can edit the WRL or VRML file format, using X3d-Edit editing and animation simulation, finally realize the communication of Java and VRML using external programming interface and the script programming interface, so that Java can access VRML to achieve control of the scene, and the scene. Finally, the function of the platform has been tested. From the test results, we can see that the Web3D technology can be used to visualize the dismantling of the cylinder of combine harvester, which facilitates the communication and interaction between designers and customers, and greatly improves the design efficiency of agricultural machinery.
