摘 要:针对变量施肥液压驱动系统转速控制精度不高、存在小范围转速波动及无法实现系统的无差控制等问题,设计开发了变量施肥驱动系统,并采用阀控马达的驱动方式。本文以国内外变量施肥驱动装置研究现状及发展趋势为指导,全球定位技术、地理信息技术和软件工程作为基础,设计了变量施肥驱动系统,利用液压马达排量大、转速低的特点,通过控制进油回路中的比例型流量控制插装阀的开度来实现液压马达的无级调速,进而达成变量施肥中对排肥轴速度控制的要求来实现变量施肥。室内试验结果表明:作业质量符合农艺要求;变量施肥驱动系统设计合理,为变量施肥的试验提供了技术支持。In view of the low precision of variable speed hydraulic drive system, such as the small range of speed fluctuation, the non differential control of the system and so on, a variable fertilization driving system was developed. This machine adopts the drive mode of valve controlled motor. Based on the research status and development trend of variable rate fertilizer driving device at home and abroad, this paper designs a variable fertilization driving system based on global positioning technology, geographic information technology and software engineering. The design of the variable fertilization drive system using hydraulic motor rotation and flows through the hydraulic oil flow rate proportional characteristics, by controlling the oil inlet flow ratio in a control loop of the cartridge valve to realize the stepless speed regulation of hydraulic motor, in order to meet the requirements of variable fertilization in row fertilizer to achieve speed control shaft variable rate fertilization. Field experiments showed that the quality of operation was in line with agronomic requirements;the design of variable fertilization driving system was reasonable and provided technical support for variable rate fertilization experiment.
