摘  要:为了满足田间植保及科研需求,根据作业所需的一般负载要求,提出了一种针对多旋翼无人植保飞行器设计和验证机器效果的方法,并制作了用于农田喷雾施药作业的多旋翼无人飞行器。该飞行器主结构采用全碳纤维板,连接部分采用硬化铝材,作业机构由压力回流型隔膜泵和高压力雾化喷头组成。通过参数分析验证了设计的可行性,后经过机体飞行稳定性试验、实际田间作业效果试验对方案的可行性进行了实际检验。结果表明:飞行器整体结构稳定,性能可靠,在满载的条件下可持续作业10~15min,作业效率高而人工劳动强度低,符合应用的要求,为此类飞行器的设计提供了一种切实可行的方法。With the development of agriculture in China, plant protection equipment which satisfies the need of the developing farming is required. At present, human labor is gradually economized in agricultural production for profits, thus, under the circumstance that the machine production is increasingly advanced and the usage of MEMS flight control system is broadened, the application of supermatic and intelligentized agricultural machinery became major tendency. In this paper according to the desired task load, a spraying multi-rotor UAV is designed and manufactured for agricultural task. This UAV contains carbon fiber as its major mechanism and junctions made of hardened aluminum, equipped with diaphragm reflex pump and atomizing nozzle. The feasibility of the design was substantiated with the result that the aircraft itself has the in-flight stability and reliability in sustained operation with designed load;also it has high task efficiency and low manual work intensity.
