摘 要:为改善甘蔗收获机的切割质量及甘蔗宿根破头率的问题,以切割器为主要研究对象,通过理论分析切割器振动的影响因素,并从切割喂入系统自身的动不平衡出发,建立了切割器的力学模型,以探讨切割器的动不平衡机理。通过分析发现,刀盘质量的不平衡是引起切割器振动的主要因素之一。基于上述机理,在理论上提出切割器刀盘质量不平衡的改进原理。本文可为后续切割喂入系统的研究提供理论指导。In order to improve the cutting quality of sugarcane harvester and the problem of root canal breaking rate of sugarcane,the cutter was the main research object. The influence factors of cutter vibration were analyzed theoretically,and the dynamic imbalance of cutting and feeding system was established. The mechanics model of the cutter is used to explore the dynamic imbalance mechanism of the cutter. It is found that the imbalance of cutterhead quality is one of the main factors causing the vibration of cutter. Based on the above mechanism,the principle of improving the quality imbalance of cutter cutter is put forward theoretically. This paper provides theoretical guidance for the study of subsequent cutting feed systems.
