摘 要:从农用车辆故障的分析和检测着手,提出了一种基于Mat Lab的农用车辆故障检测系统,系统采用嵌入式控制平台,以软硬件相结合设计的方式,结合Mat Lab软件仿真技术,实现对农用车辆故障及行车隐患的实时检测与诊断。实验表明:该系统可以对农用车辆潜在故障信息进行准确采集与判断,能够及时对故障情况进行预警报警,且具有较高的实时性、稳定性和有效性,对实现农用车辆的故障检测具有重要的参考意义。Based on the analysis and detection of agricultural vehicle fault, it proposed a detection system for agricultural vehicle fault based on MATLAB. In order to achieve real-time detection and diagnosis of the fault and the hidden dangers of driving agricultural vehicles, the system uses embedded control platform, with the combination of hardware and software design methods, combined with MATLAB software simulation technology. Experiments showed that the system can accurately collect and judge for agricultural vehicle potential fault information, the fault timely warning alarm, and the system has high real-time, stability and validity,which has important reference significance for the realization of agricultural vehicle fault detection system.
