摘 要:为讨论金属基复合材料电子背散射衍射(EBSD)样品的制备方法,本文选用ZrO_2/Ti-6Al-4V陶瓷增强金属基复合材料,比较了经过电解抛光、化学浸蚀、振动抛光后样品的显微形貌,并详细讨论了不同时长振动抛光后的显微形貌、衍射花样衬度、取向分布图和花样标定率等。结果表明:振动抛光方法比电解抛光、化学浸蚀更适合金属基复合材料EBSD样品的制备;随着振动时长的增加,花样质量逐渐提高,当振动时长为8h时,EBSD测试标定率可达到97.7%。In order to investigate the method of sample preparation for electron back-scattered diffraction ( EBSD) testing of metal matrix composites, ZrO2 / Ti-6Al-4V ceramic particulate reinforced metal matrix composites was used in this research, and the microscopic morphology of samples by electrochemical polishing, chemical etching and vibratory polishing for different time was compared. Then the band contrast, the inverse pole figure and the indexing rate of EBSD pattern of samples by chemical etching and vibratory polishing for 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours and 8 hours were discussed in detail. It was found that vibratory polishing could obtain more flat surface with less stress and was more suitable for ZrO2 / Ti-6Al-4V ceramic particulate reinforcedmetal matrix composites for EBSD testing than electrochemical polishing and chemical etching. The band quality became better with the increase of the vibratory polishing time. The indexing rate of EBSD pattern could reach 97.7% after vibratory polishing for 8 hours.
