摘 要:原子力显微镜(AFM)广泛地应用于材料、生物及医学等领域,对包括绝缘体在内的表面平整光滑的样品,能够获得纳米级的高分辨率图像,是微观形貌和性能表征的重要测试手段之一。但由于粉末样品性状的特殊性,AFM在粉末样品中的测试应用受到了极大的限制。本文对粉末样品的AFM测试进行了样品预处理的初步探索,并在此基础上对草酸亚铁及其烧结产物、碳酸锂、铁粉、锌粉及氧化锌粉等多种粉末样品进行了AFM形貌测试研究,获得了一系列高清晰度高分辨率的形貌图及剖面轮廓图,研究结果对AFM技术的扩展运用和粉末样品微观形貌表征的多样性,具有十分重要的意义。Atomic force microscopy ( AFM) is widely used to determine the surface performance of materials, biology and medicine fields. For the samples with smooth surface, including insulators, it is possible to obtain nanoscale and high-resolution image in a smaller scale. It is one of the important test methods for microstructure and performance characterization. However, due to the particularity of powder sample characters, the application of AFM in powder sample is greatly restricted. In this research, atomic force microscopy was used in morphology determination of powder samples. Multiple mappings of different powder samples were conducted, such as ferrous oxalate and its sintering product, lithium carbonate, iron powder, zinc powder and oxidation zinc powder. A series of high definition of the topography and the profile of the high resolution profiles have been obtained. The results of the study and application extension of AFM technology of powder sample microstructure characterization of diversity are of great significance.
