摘  要:为了提升冬枣辅助采摘车的作业性能,对车架结构做了多目标优化设计。在不改变车架原有设计结构的基础上,选取车架19个主要构件的厚度作为设计变量,通过Pro/E和AWB软件建立了车架有限元模型。为了能够准确得到有限元分析数据,设计了试验验证,并对车架进行了有限元静动力学分分析。为了得到车架各性能参数随设计变量变化的灵敏度,使用了AWB作为计算软件,并结合灵敏度分析结果,选取了对车架动静态性能影响较大的设计变量,建立了数学模型并求解得到5组解。同时,采用层次分析法对所得的5组解进行决策优选,获得了最优设计方案。研究表明:建立的有限元模型合理准确;采用层次分析法优化后较优化前车架总质量降低7. 01%,低阶频率提高2. 17%,最大应力降低7. 32%。To improve the jujube auxiliary picking operation performance,the frame structure needs multi-objective optimization design.Based on the original structure of the frame,the thickness of 19 main components of the frame was selected as the design variable.The finite element model of the frame was established by the excellent performance of Pro-E and AWB.To verify the accuracy of the finite element model established by design experiments.The static analysis and modal analysis of the frame are carried out.The AWB is used to calculate the sensitivity of the frame with the variation of the design variables.The mathematical model is established based on the sensitivity analysis and the solution is obtained.Using AHP method,the optimal solutions are obtained through the decision-making and optimization of the five solutions obtained.The research shows that the finite element model established is reasonable and accurate.The optimized total mass of the front frame is reduced by 7.01%,the frequency is increased by 2.17%and the maximum stress is reduced by 7.32%.
