摘 要:为提高小麦联合收割机的使用寿命、降低收割作业过程中产生的共振,基于ANSYS分析理论,对易产生共振的核心装置进行三维系统建模和优化设计。通过分析联合收割机工作机理及运动特点,根据机械振动理论和激振频率模型,利用UG软件,选取收割机的机架和收割系统作为研究对象,对其进行结构优化后得出三维系统物理模型,并导入ANSYS分析软件进行模态求解分析得出前4阶振型。从振型图可知:优化设计较好避开了共振点。振动试验结果表明:有限元计算的固有频率与振动试验值误差在±8%范围内,机架与割台质量分别降低15. 3%和8. 8%。由此验证了三维系统建模参数设计的合理性与可行性,从而为类似收割机的振动分析提供思路与参考。In order to improve the service life of the wheat combine harvester and reduce the resonance defects in the harvesting operation,the three-dimensional system modeling and optimization design of the core device which would be easy to produce resonance were carried out based on the theory of ANSYS analysis.By understanding the working mechanism and movement characteristics of the combine harvester,the frame and the harvesting system of the harvester were selected as the research object,then the three-dimensional system physical model was obtained by UG software after the optimization of the structure according to the mechanical vibration theory and the excitation frequency model.The first four modes of vibration mode were obtained by introducing the model into the ANSYS analysis software,the optimal design avoided the resonance point from the mode of vibration then the vibration test was further verified,the results showed that the error between the natural frequency and the vibration test value of the finite element calculation was within the range of 8%,and the quality of the frame was reduced by 15.3%and the cutting platform was 8.8%respectively,which indicated that the 3D system modeling parameter design were reasonable and feasible also could provide ideas and reference for similar harvester vibration analysis.
