摘　　要：Dasen 16i系统经过近些年的发展,随着功能越来越完善,在国内使用越来越普遍。以新型的双通道立车应用为案例,介绍PLC轴搜索&开始功能的使用、主轴/C轴的转换、双刀架控制、系统间两个X轴的防撞解决等。从产品开发起到产品完善所涉及到的系统特殊功能和使用经验进行了说明,为以后使用这些功能的用户作参考。With the development of Dasen 16i system in recent years and the improvement of its functions,Dasen 16i system is used more and more widely in China.Taking a new type of double-channel vertical car as an example,the use of the search-start function of PLC axle,the conversion of spindle/C axle,the control of double tool holder and the anti-collision solution of two X axles between systems were introduced.From product development to product improvement,the system's special functions and experience were explained,which could be used as a reference for future users.
