摘　　要：为分析电牵引采煤机组成结构以及采煤机调高系统操作中注意问题,探讨采煤机液压系统出现故障的原因,分析液压调高系统常见故障及其解决方式。结果表明:在提升调高系统性能的同时,企业还应把设备管理工作充分做好,这样才能使设备的效能得到充分发挥,进而为企业创造更多经济效益。In order to analyze the composition structure of electric haulage shearer and the problems in operation of shearer elevation system,the causes of failure of shearer hydraulic system were discussed,and the common faults of hydraulic elevation system and their solutions were analyzed.The results show that,while improving the performance of the system,enterprises should also do a good job in equipment management,so as to make full use of the efficiency of equipment,and then create more economic benefits for enterprises.
