摘　　要：坐标解析法房屋面积量算是房产测绘中的方法之一。为验证免棱镜全站仪采集房屋房角点坐标并使用坐标解析法计算房屋面积的精度可靠性,推导了坐标解析法面积计算公式,并对该方法精度进行分析。最后基于MATLAB软件的图形分析功能得出了在一定条件下不同精度等级的免棱镜全站仪使用坐标解析法测算房屋面积,其测算精度可以满足现行规范要求。Coordinate analytic method is one of the house area calculation method of real estate surveying and mapping.In order to verify the accuracy and reliability of the housing area calculate by coordinate analytic method with total station instrument without prism,so the formula of coordinate analytic method is derived,and the accuracy of the method is analyzed.Finally,based on the MATLAB software graphic analysis,the paper indicates that different accuracy of total station instrument without prism in the measurement of the house land by using coordinate method can fully meet the current specification requirements.
