摘 要:为了能够对基坑工程中可能出现的施工风险进行超前预警,依托多元信息集成方法实现数据的实时监测,并基于最小二乘支持向量机拟合建立监测数据与锚索拉力值之间的非线性映射关系,采用基于时间序列的改进滚动预测法对施工过程中的锚索拉力值进行预测。将该方法应用于青岛城市轨道工程,考虑水位变化对基坑的作用效果表现为滞后影响,设置水位与锚索拉力关系为"错位"映射。预测时长设置为3 d,如果某一锚索拉力预测值连续3次超过警戒值,对其所对应的结构面进行加固处理以防止可能出现的工程灾害发生。结果表明,该方法可准确描述天气温度、地下水位等现场因素对锚索拉力的影响,同时能够实现对基坑工程潜在危险的超前预警。In order to be able to advance the early warning of the construction risk in the foundation pit project,real time monitoring of the data is realized by the multiple information integration method.The nonlinear mapping relationship between the monitoring data and anchor shaft force is established by the fitting algorithm based on the least squares support vector machine.The improved rolling prediction method based on time series is used to predict the anchor force in the construction process.The method is applied to the urban orbit project of Qingdao.Considering the effect of water level change on the foundation pit,the effect of the water level and the cable pull is “misalignment”.The predicted duration is set to three days.If the predicted value of the cable pull of a certain anchor exceeds the warning value three times,the corresponding structural plane is reinforced to prevent possible engineeringdisasters.The results show that this method can accurately describe the influence of field temperature,groundwater level and other field factors on the support cable pull,and can realize the advance warning of the potential danger of foundation pit engineering.
