摘 要:针对烟气循环烧结原理、烧结烟气特点、烧结气流介质变化对烧结过程的影响等方面进行了综合阐述,介绍了国内外的烟气循环烧结工程应用业绩,并从工艺特点、应用情况、减排及节能效果、产量质量影响等方面进行了比较,分析了几种典型烟气循环烧结工艺的优缺点。结合宝钢烧结系统综合改造项目情况,提出宝钢烧结应用烟气循环烧结工艺的框架性方案。The principle and characteristics of the flue gas circulation sintering process were described systematically,as well as the influencing of sintering flue gas medium change.The application performances of flue gas circulation sintering projects with different processes at home and abroad were also introduced,and compared in terms of process feature,in terms of business,in terms of emission reduction and save energy,in terms of production and quality.The advantages and disadvantages of typical flue gas circulation sintering processes were analyzed.Then,based on the comprehensive modification project of Baosteel sintering system,a framework scheme for sintering flue gas sintering process in Baosteel was put forward.
