摘  要:热作模具钢SWGH13应用广泛,影响SWGH13热疲劳性能的最重要因素之一为冶金质量。炼钢厂冶炼SWGH13的难点是提高钢液洁净度。冶炼工艺主要以EAF-LF-VD-IC为主,其中,电炉出钢过程脱氧剂用量与VD抽气前的脱氧工艺对钢水洁净度的控制尤为重要。主要研究了电炉出钢过程不同的脱氧剂用量及VD抽气前不同的脱氧工艺对钢水洁净度的影响。研究表明,增加电炉出钢过程脱氧剂用量以及VD抽气前不使用脱氧剂,可明显提高钢水洁净度,达到高品质SWGH13的标准要求,取得此钢种的所有用户的高度认可。One of the hot work die steel SWGH13 is widely used,one of the most important factors affecting the thermal fatigue performance is metallurgical quality.For steelmaking plants,the difficulty of smelting is to improve the cleanliness of molten steel.The main steel making process of SWGH13 is EAF-LF-VD-IC,in which it is very important to control the cleanliness of molten steel by the dosage of deoxidizer in tapping process and deoxidizing process before VD.It is mainly studied the influence of different dosage of deoxidizer in tapping process of electric furnace and different deoxidizing process before VD on the steel’s cleanliness of molten steel.The research shows that increasing deoxidizer in tapping ladle and without deoxidizer before VD,can improve steel’s cleanliness obviously,the standard requirements for high quality steel SWGH13 have been achieved,and all users of the steel have been highly recognized.
