摘 要:本文介绍了有机高性能纤维的发展近况和研发方向,其中高强高模纤维包括对位芳酰胺纤维、超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维、聚苯并双唑纤维、芳纶Ⅲ、聚酰亚胺及共聚纤维、液晶聚芳酯纤维;耐高温纤维包括间位芳酰胺纤维、聚苯硫醚纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维和聚二唑纤维;抗燃纤维包括酚醛和蜜胺纤维。这些纤维的总研发方向是朝更高性能、低成本、系列化、改进自身不足和扩大应用等发展。由于不同纤维的特点各异,开发历程不同,固此当前和今后研发方向也不一样。The recent developments and R&D directions of organic high strength and high modulus fibers are introduced,in which high strength high modulus fibers include para-aramid,ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene,PBO,AramidⅢ,polyimide and liquid crystal polymer fiber;High temperature resistance fibers include meta-aramid,PPS,polyimide and polyoxazole fiber;Flame resistance fibers include phenolic and melamine fiber.The whole R&D directions are toward more high performance,low cost,serialization,improve self deficiencey and expanding applications.But due to the differences in characteristic of different fibers and different development history,the direction of future R&D is also different.
