超深水半潜式钻井平台双井架钻机关键作业工艺分析

摘　　要：结合双井架钻机作业特点以及超深水半潜式钻井平台钻机配置要求,进行超深水半潜式钻井平台双井架钻机布置方案设计。在此基础上,对双井架钻机关键作业工艺进行分析,形成一种适合超深水半潜式钻井平台双井架钻机的钻杆、套管以及隔水管处理工艺和钻井作业工艺。分析结果可用于指导钻机系统设备配置选型,确定双井架钻机作业过程的载荷,指导双井架的设计,指导现场作业施工。The arrangement of dual derrick rigs for the ultra-deep water semi-submersible drilling platform is designed according to the operation characteristics of the dual derrick rigs and the configuration requirements of the ultra-deep water semi-submersible drilling platform.On this basis,the drilling pipe and casing,the riser handling process and drilling operation process are developed by analyzing the operation process of the dual derrick rig.The analysis results are useful for the configuration and selection of the drilling rig system,the determination of the load of the dual derrick rig during the operation,and the design of the dual derrick,as well as the on-site construction.
