山西某建筑物墙体开裂变形原因分析

摘　　要：山西柳林某建筑物在使用期间出现墙体开裂现象,根据建筑物墙体开裂情况分析产生该现象的原因,发现建筑物墙体开裂主要是由于建筑物基底下填土的湿陷性、不均匀性、欠压密性,地基土含水量增大等原因引起的,并针对开裂原因,提出加固方案。A building in Liulin, Shanxi had wall cracking phenomenon during its use, this paper analyzed the reasons of this phenomenon according to the building wall cracking situation, found that the building wall cracking mainly due to the collapsibility, inhomogeneity, insufficient pressure of foundation soil of building, the increase of water content of foundation soil and other reasons, and according to the cracking reasons, proposed the reinforcement scheme.
