摘 要:在我国的运输系统中,DF8B内燃机车是使用最为频繁的一种机车,在铁路运输、公路运输中十分常见。通常情况下,DF8B内燃机车在运作的过程中,水温会大大升高,蒸汽回流,热气散发,这样就会导致机车发生故障,而临时维修会导致机车在规定时间内无法正常运行,从而降低机车运作的效率,影响到正常运输的生产秩序。针对当前运输系统中所使用到的DF8B内燃机车柴油机油水温度高的原因进行了一定的分析,并提出了相应的控制措施。In China’s transportation system, DF8B diesel locomotive is the most frequently used locomotive, which is very common in railway and highway transportation. Usually, during the operation of DF8B diesel locomotive, the water temperature will rise greatly, the steam will flow back and the hot gas will emit, which will lead to locomotive failure, and temporary maintenance will lead to locomotive failure within a specified time, thus reducing the efficiency of locomotive operation, thus affecting the production order of normal transportation. In this paper, the reason of high oil-water temperature of DF8B diesel locomotive diesel engine used in current transportation system is analyzed, and the corresponding control measures are put forward.
