摘  要:本文以磨粉机中面粉料流为研究对象,根据能量守恒原则建立磨粉机磨辊受力数学模型。以MDDK1000/250型磨粉机为例,计算出磨辊工作时所受载荷。由于磨辊工作时与物料局部接触,将几何模型简化为5°的辊体。通过Creo建立几何模型导入Workbench,通过分析得到磨辊α=5°方向磨辊轴向、径向的等效应力及应变曲线,可知磨辊工作过程中在α=5°方向磨辊径向的应力先增大后减小,应变一直增大。在α=5°方向磨辊轴向表面等效应力在30 mm处出现峰值,峰值为142.12 MPa,等效应变在104 mm处出现峰值,峰值为16.95mm。Based on the principle of energy conservation,the mathematical model of grinding roller stress in grinding mill was established in this paper.Taking the MDDK 1000/250 grinding mill as an example,the load on the grinding roller is calculated.Due to the roller work local contact with material,the geometry model simplified as 5°of the roller body.Through importing the workbench Creo establish geometric model,through analysis of roller grinding roller to alpha=5°direction,radial equivalent stress and strain curve of the roller in the process of the work in alpha=5°direction roller radial stress increases after the first decreases,and the strain has been increased.Grinding roller in the alpha=5°direction to the surface of the equivalent stress at 30 mm peak,peak of 142.12 MPa,the equivalent strain peak appears at 104 mm,the peak of 16.95mm.
