摘  要:结合铝合金铸轧卷的腐蚀产生机理,着重分析了在生产过程中热喷涂方式、冷却时间、包装方式、运输方式对铝铸轧卷产生腐蚀的影响,通过改进热喷涂方式、控制冷却温度和时间、优化包装方式和运输过程等防腐蚀措施,基本解决了铸轧卷腐蚀缺陷,降低了铝铸轧卷的腐蚀量。Combining with the corrosion mechanism of casting-rolling coil of aluminum alloy, the influences of thermal spraying method, cooling time, packaging method and transportation method on the corrosion of casting-rolling coil of aluminium alloy in the production process were analyzed emphatically. By corrosion prevention measures on improving the thermal spraying method, controlling the cooling temperature and time, optimizing the packaging method and transportation process, the corrosion defect of casting-rolling coil was solved basically and corrosion quantity of casting-rolling coil of aluminum alloy was reduced.
