摘 要:为找出某7050铝合金锻棒产生裂纹缺陷的根本原因,对缺陷样品重新浸蚀并取样分析,通过低倍检查观察宏观缺陷形貌和高倍检查观察显微组织,发现引发裂纹缺陷的根本原因不是疑似铸锭夹渣,而是铸锭裂纹。铸锭裂纹主要由刮水器损坏漏水造成,为此提出了相应的预防措施。In order to find out the root cause of existing crack defect in 7050 aluminium alloy forging bar, the defect samples were etched anew and analysed. By macroscopic examination to observe the macro defect morphology and by microscopic examination to observe the microstructure, it was found that the root cause of existing crack defect was not slag inclusion in ingot suspected, but ingot crack. Ingot cracks were mainly caused by that damage of wipers caused water leakage, and corresponding preventive measures were proposed.
